In 2006, an ordinary family experienced societal misunderstanding and a lack of resources while raising a child with autism. Instead of waiting for help, they proactively joined forces with other parents and like-minded individuals to support their child's growth through mutual aid activities and training.

This spirit of "helping people help themselves" officially became the "To Dream Charity Foundation" in 2015. We not only provide services, but also hope to create a society that truly accepts and understands people with autism and special educational needs (SEN).
